Do you have a dress code?
No! We want you to enjoy your meal wearing whatever you like.

Are you able to cater for special dietary requests?
All our menu items are prepared from raw ingredients in our kitchen, so we are usually able to slightly modify the dishes. However, please appreciate that we do get very busy at times, so this may not always be possible. 

What is your service charge policy? 
Service charge is not included in the bill with the exception of groups of 5+ where a discretionary 10% charge is included.

Is the meat in the restaurant Halal?
Our food is not halal certified.  

Is Baqueano wheelchair accessible?
Yes, Baqueano is fully accessible, with step-free access to both the restaurant and the bathroom.  

Do you cater for children?
Children of all ages are welcome at Baqueano. We have a Kids Menu, and we provide highchairs and baby changing facilities.

Do you allow dogs?
We do not allow any pets with the exception of guide dogs into the restaurant.
